Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Condition requirements
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Returns are free. Email us to start your return and we'll provide a prepaid tracked label — you won't pay anything to send eligible items back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note we do not currently offer exchanges — to swap a size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
